It is in everybody’s reach to increase the impact and strive towards a sustainable future. With 20 years of experience in private companies, as marketeer and business manager (Nespresso, Reed Elsevier, BBDO, Microsoft,…), Eva Van Laere is now investing her competences and knowledge in social economy and the non-profit sector. Contributing to organizational change where co-workers are at the center of the decision process, repackaging the organisational value proposition(s), as well as helping individuals to rethink their role is what drives her most. She strongly believes that creating (added) value is a matter of attitude, collaboration & pragmatism (and a lot of work ;-).
