Journey ...
A duo of ToolBoxers supports your organisation for half a day each month, over a period of 6 to 18 months.
Journey grows with you: as your needs change, new questions can be explored and new ToolBoxers with the right skills can come on board.
... Possibly combined with director coaching
Individual, confidential support for your organisation's leadership, from a single ToolBoxer coach.
The exchange can run short-term, to address a specific situation, or longer-term as an ongoing sounding board if needed.
When a whole team gets involved
Some challenges benefit from more brainpower and more perspectives at once. Through our corporate partners, we can connect organisations with a team of professionals who dedicate their time, individually and collectively, to work through a defined challenge with you.
Social challenge
A team of five professionals from a partner company commits to a defined challenge over a four-month programme, meeting once a month with your organisation. It is a true collaboration: the partner team develops real skills by working alongside you, while ToolBox follows up with your organisation during and after the programme.
Social accelerator
A team of 12 to 25 professionals spends up to a day in a fast, focused co-creation session, generating as many relevant solutions as possible to one specific challenge that you have identified. ToolBox facilitates the day. Afterwards, the ToolBox team continues to follow up with your organisation based on the outcome.
