Conditions

Is ToolBox the right fit for your organisation?

Before you apply, take a moment to check whether your organisation matches our criteria. It will save you time and help us give you a clear answer faster.

ToolBox typically supports organisations that:
🔸have a social, environmental, or cultural mission and want to strengthen their meaningful impact (see the UN Sustainable Development Goals we align with);

🔸serve a majority of their beneficiaries in Belgium;

🔸lack the financial resources for equivalent external consultancy;

🔸have a Board of Directors actively committed to the support process, even if not directly involved day-to-day;
🔸are open to an external perspective and willing to reflect and challenge themselves.

Membership fees

Our support comes at an affordable annual fee, based on your organisation’s FTE count.

0-5 FTE

€750 (€907,5 incl.VAT)

6-15 FTE

€1 500 (€1 815 incl.VAT)

16-25 FTE

€2 500 (€3 025 incl.VAT)

26-35 FTE

€3 500 (€4 235 incl.VAT)

The agreement

What you sign when you start with ToolBox

Working with ToolBox is formalised through a simple agreement between your organisation and ToolBox. It is a shared commitment that sets the conditions for a constructive collaboration.

What it covers:

🔸Duration: the agreed period, and how it can be extended if new needs come up.
🔸What ToolBox provides: a matched volunteer expert (or team), coordination throughout, and a framework to keep things on track.
🔸What we ask of your organisation: an engaged Board, availability of the right people to work with the Toolboxer(s), and honesty about your real needs.
🔸Confidentiality on both sides.
🔸No employment relationship: ToolBoxers are volunteers, not staff or contractors.
🔸Cost: your membership contribution
