There is just one condition that needs to be fulfilled before you can realise your dream. You must first be able to see it.

Guide: Hilde Helsen, ToolBox Board Chairwoman. Hilde Helsen is a materials science engineer. She was one of the first female engineers in a top position at an international company. In 2012 she founded TRAJECTUM, an organization supporting & facilitating transition processes of individuals and organizations. Hilde is author of the book DREAMERS who DO.
