ToolBox volunteers carry out coaching assignments that help organizations develop new skills, increase their impact and work on the sustainability of their mission.
Volunteering by providing expertise: experts voluntarily offer their time and share their professional and personal skills with non-profit organizations.
In concrete terms, pro bono experts (ToolBoxers) support organizations by sharing their expertise in management, communication, marketing, digitization, guidance in transformation processes, human resources, partnerships, financial management, executive coaching, recruitment of board members, etc.
