A successful 2023 General Assembly

Our online General Assembly on Tuesday was a great success !

And we are pleased to announce that all the proposals that were submitted and for which we asked ToolBox members to vote were approved:

• The renewal of the mandate of our director Amandine Englebert. Excellent news!
• The nomination of a new director, Philippe Lacroix. Welcome to him!
• The discharge of the auditor and the Board.
• The validation of the annual accounts 2022, the auditor's report and the budget 2023. Thank you for your confidence.

Thank you to the participants for their interest and their presence. Thank you also to the members who were represented.
