Peer Coaching creates an environment that encourages the collective resolution of organizational challenges by promoting open exchange between peers. By capitalizing on the diversity of individual talents and experiences, this collaborative approach encourages shared reflection, generating innovative ideas and pragmatic solutions, strengthening team cohesion and effectiveness.

The session will be bilingual nl/fr & divided into 2 parts:

1. Explanation of the concept and presentation of useful tools for putting it into practice.
2. Practice with one of your own cases.

We ask all participants to think of a difficult situation for which you would like to find solutions (explainable in max 15' min).
