Results of our 2022 General Assembly

Thanks to you, dear members, our Virtual General Assembly last Thursday was a great succes. 

we are pleased to announce that all the proposals that were submitted to you and for which we asked for your vote were approved:    

•  The validation of the 2021 annual accounts and the 2022 budget.  
• The granting of discharge to the auditor and the board of directors for the year 2021.     

• The renewal of the mandate of Johan Goossens and of our auditor Mazars. 
• The appointment of 2 new board members: Marc Meeùs and Caroline de Cartier.
